Confidentiality Clause Will Not Hire

A concrete step for women, the odds on the boards

Women in enough words, now let's do something

member of PD, Alessia Mosca wrote with a colleague of the PDL, the bill to increase the representation of women at the top of companies.

Your odds are not really "rose" ...
We want the board of directors has reserved 30% seats to the less represented gender. Whether it's men or women. The rule will apply only to public companies or semi-public (such as "municipal"),
It is true that almost always are women to be in the minority in plant management.
Compromesso? Cioè?
Nella nostra proposta la quota riservata sarebbe stata del 30%, da subito e the board of directors for three terms, ie the next nine years. Pena dissolution of the board of directors. Confindustria and the government wanted the thresholds were measured and the penalty just fine. In the end we reached an agreement: the first term of the board of directors will be 20% threshold, the second term, that is, by 2015, rising to 30%.
In any case, the odds are temporary?
Units are designed as a temporary instrument: used to unlock a vicious circle. Businesses today are driven by men, who tend to choose other men. We want to stop this automatically for a period of time sufficient to create a new balance.
What next?
removing the cap and after 9 years, whether women will live will not need to tax legislation.
is often said that if women are not at high levels of the economy because you do not want.
Several studies have shown that women want to do more of what they do, but can not. They would like to have more children and would like to work even with children. But in the absence of public care services, women must take time away from work to care for children. Or spend all their wages in baby sitter.
why many give up on investing at work?
is often a choice "forced" the wage gap between men and career women and is still very high. So, if someone has to give up work, giving up those earning less or have fewer prospects of advancement.
shares are a matter of fairness?
Not only that, a number of studies have evaluated the profits of companies according to the composition of boards of directors. It is seen that the more differentiated and higher is the presence of women, the most improved company results. The interesting thing is that the rule applies only if the women are chosen for their expertise and not for family ties, as "daughters" or "wives".
is up to individual companies to choose well?
certain: there are qualified women.
Noi we started with this law that affects a very small part of the economy to get in line with other European countries. But also because we think that the cascade could influence other companies, which have a symbolic value greater than "numeric". She
for the average Italian politicians is very young, 35 years, and highly educated (he has a doctorate). What do you think of "tissue" in politics?
There is much discussion of women, but the point is that the same goes for men: there are too many incompetent, political and institutional roles that have no merit, but only because it put there by someone. Time to move.

Sul liberalismo pedagogico di Berlusconi

.
.
.

Purtroppo, però, children do not belong to parents in the form of property, but only in that responsibility. The children are part of the community, and they are the custodians of the right to educational freedom, not families. The children have that right to form freely with respect to the beliefs of their parents. They are entitled to have many educational models, and choose accordingly, on their own, what to do with their lives. School education is often the task of balancing the educational influence, or lack thereof, in the family. We will remember perhaps only when it comes to schooling of children of immigrants or Roma? In Anglo-Saxon countries the freedom to choose educational institution has a long tradition, but here the difference between schools is not measured on a scale of values, but on efficiency, quality and distinction. In our pseudo-liberalism, however, we show how school "free" school confessional. And anyone who has attended a high school should know that the father of modern liberalism - John Locke - considers "free education" the anti-dogmatism, and especially the experiential learning exercise in critical thinking (it was he who introduced this term). Question: the sectarian private schools can provide this approach? No, and for a very simple reason: their system of teacher recruitment is dependent on an axiological framework. If the school was the much-maligned system lists of contests and give assurance to the students the opportunity to have teachers not selected for ideological system, the private school it does not necessarily (except some institutions, especially universities, to secular inspiration). When settled minister Gelmini, fearing for my job, I took courage and went to have a chat with an old friend became a priest and editor of a very prestigious school equally. I offered my availability. He liked my resume, and was really fond of me, I saw him, yet he explained that as a Catholic school in need of a guarantee for you. That is, as claimed by Berlusconi himself, families expect a continuity between what they teach their children and what they learn in school. In other words, I mentioned that some particular topics (eg abortion, euthanasia, homosexuality) that I should express the thesis pro-Catholic, and indeed, particularly on homosexuality, I would have to define it as "emotional illness" because they could not risk of being - his words - "a teacher who voted for the Radicals." Gliss completely propostomi salary, and a sense of decency. My duty as a citizen would be to sue him for infringement of the laws on ideological discrimination in the allocation of a job, but it was an informal chat, non un colloquio vero e proprio. Omosessualità come "malattia affettiva"? I say that public teachers are all equally good or all equally motivated, but at least they are not blackmailed - for now - and this simple fact, beyond their individuality, is a value in itself, a liberal value, in fact. If freedom of choice of education signfica leave the arbitrary selfishness of the family formation processes, then firmly and ideally repeat: long live the free school, the school was alive!

Can Mesles Rash Stain The Skin

.
.
In his book devoted to the spiritual Problem (1933) Nicolai Hartmann devotes much space to the problem of the relationship between philosophy of history and historicism. In the context of metaphysical reflection on the problems of history, the conceptual effort to identify it in any law, Hegel has undoubtedly played a decisive role in highlighting the essential spiritual dimension of historicity. In particular, his merit was to have defined and studied the notion of "objective spirit", and doing it the bearer, the rational driving the historical process. The spirit objective realizes his essence in his own liberation, which is not to escape some bond material, but in the process of consciousness because of which the mind discovers, recognizes, cultural appropriation of their liberty. And here's the general sense of the Hegelian conception of history results in an improvement in the consciousness of freedom, irrespective of the wishes of individuals, who are - compared to the objective spirit - mere accidents, so what is the historical movement of that that there is objective in individuals, not the extrinsic specificity. But it is a non-linear process, articulated in the lives of people and historical figures, whose But truth is only in the whole process (where articulation does not mean fragmentation, since Hegel states, "the spirit of the people is essentially a particular spirit, but at the same time is nothing but the absolute universal spirit - because this is one "(p. 44). Hartmann therefore acknowledges the merit of Hegel to have grasped the importance of the objective spirit, an important element of historical discourse is often forgotten and which instead will be necessary to go in any depth, however, have sinned in one-sided . An error in which Marx, similarly, would also be precipitated by reversing the Hegelian philosophy of history, and unbalancing the balance of the process on another important, but overlooked by Hegel, namely that of natural needs, or economic, and that makes consciousness a product of history rather than a constituent or essential. A philosopher as
Hartmann, who replied to what he calls a double sided, through a multi-layered conception of the world, and therefore of history, for which it is facing in "a process in which factors of all layers of being involved in a decisive way, a process that can at best be seen as the result of the overall heterogeneous forces, which constantly clash with each other "(p. 28), can not consider an operation that is conceptually valid, but unenforceable in practice, the aspiration to a comprehensive philosophy of history. But it is interesting to note that this level of scientific impracticality has historically led the way, according to Hartmann, a second degree of philosophical reflection on the history, of a more purely epistemological. Hartmann Windelband refer in particular, advocate the important distinction between science and nomothetic idiographic sciences, a problem along the line which he worked very well the young Cross, but is intended to give up a correct understanding of history, unable as it is, the science, to think the individual and by failing to provide concepts - in fact - not universal. One difficulty which Dilthey tried to replicate the historical knowledge is brought back to an intuitive understanding. But Dilthey was never able to define this method in order to encode it into one procedure, and this gave the oestrus subjective history in the hands of the scholar. But the methodological reflection on the history Hartmann started the second by a false problem, which strictly speaking is not useful - as the horizon of reflection - for any science: "Every science has worked tirelessly to its method - but not because it reflects on the method or the face subject of his research: rather, make their way to the extent where he devoted himself entirely to its own. Its progress is a continuous thing, try, fail and try again - as long as can take a step forward. Fight with your subject to dominate, and in that fight, wins his own method. The method, in short, is born in your hands as you work around the thing itself, identifies itself, indeed, with the progress of this work. If it creates a lot of thinking about it first, while it creates not San anything, and work until you really need not know anything. " So, according to Hartmann, the methodological problem would be of secondary importance, and his vanity would be even more acute in the flow of great historical discovery: if everything is historical, so is the methodological reflection, and it is the historiographical process as such. The abstractness and complexity of the tools of the historian can suggest a supra-historical procedures, but they must also be based, according to Hartmann, a historical consciousness prescientific based on tradition, namely the continuation of the past in the present . A full awareness of the historic nature of historical consciousness has become philosophical reflection leads to abandon the methodological problem and opens the door to a more "ontological", aimed to critically understand the "what?" Referring to history and its categories , but strong della critica alla filosofia della storia, e orientato a circoscriverne alcuni problemi.
What remains important in Hegel's reflection on its history is the extraordinary account of a deep and widespread of all its problematic aspects.

.

.

In a book of 1960, entitled Critical historical existence, Karl Löwith devotes the central chapter ( Men and history ) analysis of the modern sense of human historicity, proceeding, by contrast, from the greek world. Löwith highlights the absence or rather the impossibility of a philosophy of history in greek thought in general and in particular Aristotle, 'the Greeks - he wrote - were deeply impressed by the order ever, from the greatness and beauty of the visible world, but no classical thinker ever happened to think of this joint in a universal history harmoniously ordered cosmos, eternal and transient πράγματα of human history. " Weakness of a temporally fleeting and inconsistency made it the ideal res gestae unattractive to look at the scientific discourse Greeks and Romans. The history of Herodotus was only narrative of transience of human affairs, and the narrative itself was seen as useful answer to subtract those "things" to the inexorable fate of oblivion. In greek thought the story was bound and limited by the order of the cosmos λόγος physical, while in the Christian theological order, "only with the dissolution of both of these beliefs appeared pre-modern belief in history as such, historicism ' . In this case Löwith does not use a technical sense of the concept of historicism, but rather refers to the attribution of value and legal affairs, featuring a cultural process domestic modern times, "faith in the story is a result of our alienation from the cosmos-natural theology and theology of ancient supernatural Christianity." While focusing on the important philosophical figure of Giambattista Vico, Hegel Löwith choose to report directly to the outlet of its reasoning, where locates in the "teleological" a historic building in anticipation of the transposition of secular Jewish and Christian, the "promise of fulfillment" , and is certainly right in pointing, as Hegel himself emphasizes, however, the idea of the Hegelian philosophy of history as simply a theodicy.
A similar reconstruction is to be found in some of the most famous pages of world literature, written by the great Russian novelist Leo Tolstoy. In the second part of the epilogue of War and Peace , he draws the relationship between history and modernity targeting, as Löwith, the ancient world. Modern man has harshly criticized the archaic solution to recognize a divine transcendent capable of subjecting the people to be elected from among the many individuals, and to direct the action of the latter towards unknown destinations. However, says Tolstoy, the modern historian has failed to fulfill its criticism of the intrinsic structure of the old answer to the problem of historical explanation. Instead of transcendent power of God was identified genius, as a peculiar feature of the great men, the possession of exceptional energy, or any kind of charisma. The metaphysical teleology was instead replaced by a progressive teleology, in which the good of humanity - not by chance coincides with the good people of the ruler - was erected at the end of the story. Tolstoy writes: "Modern history has rejected the old beliefs without replacing them with new concepts and the logic of their position has forced historians, who had apparently denied the divine power of kings and the fate of the ancients, to reach any other way to same point, namely the admission that: 1) people are headed by single men, and 2) there is a specific goal towards which move people and mankind. "In his reading of Hegelian thought Löwith mean the same assumptions of a philosophy of history the equivalent of a theology, as derived by a process of secularization that has replaced faith in Providence with the belief in historical progress. It should definitely stay on the figure of Hegel diriment to fully understand the terms in which the story becomes interesting for philosophical reflection, and how much of this attempt at clarification and systematization Hegel returns to reflect current elements worthy of attention.
The striking thesis Löwith exhibits itself the terms of the problem. Describing the place, historically gained, an otherworldly metaphysics and theology, with an immanent metaphysics of the spirit, Löwith draws a historical movement, which moves from the past and continues up to a target, modernity. In addition to being an argument about history, it is a historical reason, or - as say - a story of history. But this reconstruction is made possible by a pre-modern conception, an attitude or philosophy of history? Clearly, without questioning beyond thought Löwith on this ground, there is implied as a law of history, that a process of secularization "implies" or "meant" the development of a historical teleology.

Brazilian Mature Ladies

Different voices, a single event: "If not now, when?"

The event of 13 February for the dignity of women has provoked many reactions, often conflicting. DOCG Many feminists have criticized in the name of self-practice of breaking the hairs . What can I say? In principle, they also have reason, but they forget that those principles to which they appeal today do not apply to many women, also due to the fact that their generation is perched on the battle for the division of the hair and in the meantime became aware that the world go back 40 years .

I think that instead of the event next Sunday, "If not now, when," is an opportunity essential to find the largest and most wasted practice of feminism: the sharing of policy objectives between women of different social and cultural horizons, but which affect us all. Below is a Member of the City intevista Fli Giulia Bongiorno ( also known as the advocate of Giulio Andreotti ). Here, however, the collective appeal of the "unseemly and free."

women come to the streets: it is a question of dignity

Giulia Bongiorno is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, a Member of Fli, and one of the supporters of "If not now when," the manifestation of the February 13 for the dignity of women
Why did you take to the streets?

In Italy we deny that there is a problem with discrimination against women. But reality shows that women are excluded from positions of power, or that the percentage of those who can access it is very low.
Many argue that the investigation "if Ruby" it is violating the privacy of the Prime Minister: What do you think?
am and is assured: each defendant - including Silvio Berlusconi - is innocent until proven guilty. But the so-called "Ruby" is an injury to all women for the situation where the alleged offenses were completed the prime minister. And not even the greatest lawyer would be able to produce a test capable of deleting certain offenses against the dignity of women.
an offense to the dignity of all women? Not at the maximum of all participants in party?
I respect the freedom of self-determination than anyone and I would not say that the girls who participated in these parties in the residences of the prime minister have been exploited. Who wants to organize hard partying is free to do so, it must not be someone else. But it is not acceptable "reward" someone and send him out - perhaps by giving public office - for the sole reason that it is supplied or because it is bunga bunga particularly attractive.
The problem then is that Berlusconi is the Prime Minister and the participating parties gives benefits to those "public" ...
not change anything if those who organize these festivals is a man or a woman, not the gender that matters. What matters is that such conduct disrupts the system of values and devalues the effort. Not to mention that people are still led to follow the example of the powerful: who holds power roles should be aware of their responsibilities. According to many
Italy is facing the most pressing and important for the dignity of women: what do you think?
What could be more important than the dignity of more than half of the Italian population? The truth is that it denies the existence of a problem with the dignity of women because we are afraid that talking about it, women can become aware. If there was more awareness, perhaps things would be different and maybe not everyone wants that to happen.
She also denounced the absence of a policy for women from the Berlusconi government: What do you mean?
I look at the priorities announced by the government and I have never heard the word "woman", except in a few jokes of dubious taste. Because the event
It shows that a "traditional" model of the woman is finally over?
From this point of view I do not think there is news on the horizon today, a woman must turn on a dime and give ongoing demonstrations of its value to gain some positions. And then to keep them. To achieve certain results
women still have to work harder?
lot more than is required of a man. In particular, reconciling work and family, then, remains difficult. All this has a very high price that many women delaying motherhood or even pay by surrendering. It is essential not drop out and work for a change: we must be ever more numerous and more and more convinced.

Is It Normal To Be Dry Before Your Period?

WOW

The Italian of the Month: Verdena, 'Wow'

Normally, January is not a very interesting month for music releases. 2011, however, is already offering a number of publications in value already in this first month. Italy is also doing its part, especially with the highly anticipated new album Verdena, it deserves to occupy this space monthly for not only the importance of the group, but especially for concrete results in which the trio has come with this Bergamo fifth work for the long haul.

Two discs. Twenty-seven songs. One hour, twenty-three minutes, ten seconds. Disorientation. Focus. Awareness. Dismay. Wonder. Time Out is these pills are and feel that will happen before listening to ' Wow', the fifth studio effort of monumental double Verdena .

Then of course, we can also stop and think that they have already produced a lot of music in which the basic features are the same or nearly so. Compact melodic but not particularly well developed and seem to rely just made for a perfect job on sound and rhythm that is rather detailed and edited. A series of looks that cross going in different directions but contiguous: the dreamlike, the pischedelia, the ruvidezza, l'adrenalina, gli squarci di luce.

L'aspetto più importante è però the almost endless stream of ideas from which the explosive three of Bergamo to supply drinking from these compositions. In less than an hour and a half hours of music, in fact, the Verdena never cease to seek and find solutions differ in every aspect of their work.

First, this is from the standpoint of rhythm, with drums and bass lines with an extremely dynamic and accompaniments that can confer additional external viability without destroying the soul of rock group. It is also important to the desire to expand their horizons with regard to the vocals, again not only an increase in the number of records kept by Alberto Ferrari , ma anche con l'utilizzo di seconde voci e veri e propri momenti corali per i quali valgono gli stessi rilievi positivi degli accompagnamenti alla sezione ritmica.

È però altrettanto vero che, in definitiva, è più proper escape from such criticism and to recognize the impressive cohesion of the miraculous work, punctual and cleverly balanced lineup and the compilation of magnetic involvement of what - uncomfortable literary comparisons - can be defined for all purposes as a stream of consciousness with a column sound. What unites these

Verdena of 2011 with those who, young, shook MTV disenchanted with the dirty and scores a hit as the now historic ' Viba ' and ' Valvonauta '? With those two years after they launched a challenge to the upper floors of the index-rock Italian? With those who have expressed their domain with a perfect record as 'The Suicide Of Samurai' (2004)? With those with ' Requiem' (2007) have expanded their interests to shores unknown? Soon, very little. 'Wow ' keep the love story suspended between dream, reality and delusion, for the most similarities that are impossible just think, for the song titles that give each reading, listening to each and every time of different interpretations. But the disc itself, as it is now traveling in hyperspaces never terribly intimate, personal, sometimes jealously inaccessible.

'Wow ' with a hint of fascination for the unusual, we like to imagine as a debut album. Because many stylistic registers are in their own way, unexpected. Refinements pop, backbeat freak, games, haunted voice, synth, passages that sound like an industrial-umplugged. In order to best carry out such work is not enough to have a good musical culture, using it for a calligraphic collages, but it is necessary to pass everything through the filter of a distinctive personality. For this reason, 'Wow ' can not and should not be seen as a traditionalist work, but as an important step towards the future. It will be impossible for those who come after do not think about this, because it shows more clearly than ever that the presence of that personality makes every possible combination with other artists can never be seen as mere citations.

Needless and pretentious, the choice of a favorite song. Or the council on our part to move towards some pieces, rather than to others. Why did you choose a song or a group of favorite songs, is a matter of taste. If you like pop-rock is astral ' Smile At The Beach Part 2', if you prefer the acoustic chamber is ' Rockets Harpy Hell And Flames ' If you love rock pulled from the arena there 'is only Monday', if your belief is testing beyond what you ' A Capello 'and' 12.5 mg ', and where, finally, you enjoy the Italian singer of the 70's' You And Me '. Are then referred to the two songs that probably have the appeal necessary to reach a large number of people: we talk about ' Loniterp ' and 'Improving ', plus songs properly understood in the sense than the other tracks, compared to which there are still a drop in quality, in fact.

is likely that 'Wow ' posterity will sound like a long, long dough asymmetric and indecipherable, the result of broken digressions seized. But we are the present, e nel presente ' Wow ' suona come un qualcosa di necessario, vitale alla sopravvivenza dei sogni e degli incubi.

User's manual for dictators

I made them know. And if you do not know, I will summarize with the words (perfect) Michele Brambilla on Print:

The day before yesterday (Thursday , ed. ) to the Bicameral Commission has rejected a "cog" federalism; Government tried to pass it off too with a decree, that yesterday the President of the Republic has, however, ruled inadmissible it clear that such a thing must go through the Parliament. In fact, we will return to discuss the houses. Further clarification for the layman: a reform would have passed to the Bicameral the mark of a shared reform, but one that goes to the houses by a vote of the majority of the Reform Party .

Interior Minister Roberto Maroni said that if the decree in question had not passed, the League would ask the elections immediately . And then the government had to save face (and ass) from there a decree emergency, but they violated all the procedures.

The violation was so blatant, that even admits Il Giornale Berlsconi family (or, as they say in marketinghese, the 'House Organ Prime Minister):

"President Napolitano has blocked the new law Federalism was launched last night by the government. The reason? Procedure violated protocols not met. short, matters of form and bureaucracy . [...] I n point of law will also have reason the Quirinale, the Neither Berlusconi nor Bossi challenged stop. "

A me sono these things are really scary. A journalist, a newspaper editor, no longer has any shame to attack the division of powers. That is, indeed, democracy. It claims that, by virtue of the fact that he was elected a head of government can do everything. Even Adolf Hitler was elected , and used the consensus to be the bloodiest dictators in history. How? Has undermined all the democratic credentials of readily. Type, in fact, the division of powers.

Berlusconi passes, but those that remain - to support his government - undermined the basis of democracy. They make me really scared .

Here is the editorial Sallusti sul Giornale

L’opposizione esulta, felice di avere ritardato di qualche settimana (tanto ci vorrà per rimediare)l’entrata in which a reform that modernizes Italy and helping people live better and a little 'less taxed.

in law to the Quirinale will be right, so that neither Berlusconi nor Bossi challenged the stop. More likely, they already knew that it would end like this but also wanted to reaffirm their right to deciderein a country where governments and businesses desperate unless you want to obey the orders of other powers, the head of state judges, trade unions to the media.

Powers that have a common thread: to be ex, neo-or post-communists. That is part of a left that does not accept the first rule of a democracy for five years is entitled to govern who wins the election. This just does not enter into the head, want to lead even when they lose and are willing to do everything, including the fact that laws and forms must always be bent, and only for their benefit.

If the rules and respect for the institutions we speak, because none of these gentlemen is the problem that the Speaker of the House can not use the power and means provided for the office to drop the prime minister? Why not ask the question that if one passes to the opposition must vacate the place in commissioni parlamentari che occupava in quanto maggioranza?

What already happened in countries so expensive only a few years ago who now wants to teach us democracy and its rules.

Example Letters To Employment Agencies

The West is afraid of democracy in Arab

The riots in Tunisia and Egypt have been renamed " the first Arab revolution," the first for democracy. Yet United States and Europe, which in the words "export" democracy, in fact prefer that everything remain as it was . Explains why in the Moroccan intellectual Rita El Khayat, in this interview with City.

The West is afraid of Arab democracy

Sarebbe impensabile in Francia o Germania.
The Egyptians are less educated than Tunisians, who is illiterate but also watching TV. A great deal has made the Internet: it is no coincidence that Mubarak has blocked the web. But most of all was time.
was time? Meaning?
Tunisians and Egyptians are now aware that they can no longer go on. There is poverty, there is a lack of freedom. future. In most women's situation is unsustainable.
In the images of Egyptian protests are seen especially men, in contrast to what has happened with the demonstrations in Iran in 2009, for example. Why?
Depends archaic in which they live. Many of them do not even know what's happening in the world, because they live quietly at home and are not used to go out in public. They are controlled by men and tell them that if men can not get out into the street, they obey.
What do you think will happen in Egypt?
I think if it is not a matter of days is a matter of weeks, but must sell Mubarak. It is a puppet in the hands of the United States. The U.S. president Barack Obama has asked Egypt for "an orderly transition to democracy" means that Mubarak should leave.
Do you think the protests will expand to other Arab countries. Including his own, Morocco?
in Algeria yesterday (the day before yesterday for the reader, ed. ) two people are on fire in protest: it all started well in Tunisia. In Morocco the situation is different: there have been reforms in the late 90s. The new King Mohammed VI, who reigned for 11 years, has improved the status of women and leads a personal battle against poverty. Our society is much more dynamic than that the Egyptian has declined in the years to medieval conditions.
There is a danger that after the revolutions in Tunisia and Egypt will come to power Islamic fundamentalists?
Yes, it's a possibility. It happened in Morocco after the arrival of democracy, the fundamentalists tried to take it for himself. But it is one of the possibilities, not the only one. Also because until now the riots have been carried out by the people, not by fundamentalists
What is needed since the riots in Tunisia and Egypt to bring real democracy? Meanwhile, the West
avoid supporting new dictatorships and to decide for Arab peoples. And then an anthropological revolution: the political is not enough. We must improve education, promote equality between men and women, improving health. It is the only way to achieve real democracy.

Continuum Accountlocked

Gay TV, in contrast to heterosexual radio

Monday, January 11 Cannavacciuolo Milena and I were guests of the show from Radio Popolare "Another Tuesday" to discuss the documentary Unlike heterosexual we're working with Chiara Tarfa and Marica Lizzadri . You can listen to our intervention Podcast Radio Popolare (from minute 23:17 seconds) or in the two YouTube videos that you find here. We thank you once again dall'Ova Eleanor, Emily and Cristina Gramolini Plate who invited us in transmission.

Unlike heterosexual incorporates the themes of "women's bodies" and the "Celluloid Closet," from the pseudo-lesbian history of Big Brother 10. Diversamete hetero is a reflection on how lesbians are represented (or more often denied) on Italian television and moves from the history of the first "love between women" staged in an Italian reality show and its fans.

last video below finally find my comments (from 3 min 30 sec) to show "Beyond the differences " Antenna Radio them to talk about gays on TV and in our documentary . Yet thanks to a conductive Natasha Maes and Eleanor Sassetti we have hosted!

From site Besides differences
The complex relationship between gay and tv is the theme of the next episode of "Beyond the differences." There will also be Leo Gullotta, actor and comedian Bagaglino, among the guests of the radio format dedicated to the rainbow world, led by Natasha Maes and Eleanor Sassetti, which will air, Friday, January 21 at 21.00, the frequencies of Antenna Radio Esse ( FM 91.25, 93.20, 93.50, 99.10) and live online at www.antennaradioesse.it.

In that way people are represented lgtq on television? What role do gay icons in the construction of the image of the gay world? These are the questions we address Ivan Cotroneo, writer, screenwriter and television writer and Matthew B. Bianchi, writer and author of the TV show "Victor Victoria". With them will be reflected on the language and ways of doing that are becoming typical gay custom of television formats.

Young Minetti

After the sex scandal that saw court-Councillor PDL of the Lombardy Region Nicole Minetti suspected of abetting prostitution and Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi for extortion and child prostitution , even from within the party critical voices are being raised. following the interview published on City, on 24 January, Judge Sarah , which calls for the resignation of the Minetti (but not Berlusconi).

We the PDL we say "no" to the model Minetti

Councillor Sara Judge zone of the PDL in Milan, 25, has sponsored a petition to demand the resignation of Nicole Minetti.
you and the Lombardy Regional Councillor Nicole Minetti are in the same party, the PDL. Yet she calls for his resignation after it emerged that the role of the sex scandal last Minetti Prime Minister and leader Silvio Berlusconi PDL. Bride of the thesis pm investigating the case?

No, I make an issue of political ethics. Here no one is sending anyone to jail: I do not care to do a battle executioner. Who accuses me of this, it is because no arguments.
So what?
's enough for me what I saw and heard: there is no need for anything else. We're talking about choosing the leaders of the future as our country faces difficult challenges in the near future, we want people capable of dealing with them. The appeal on
http://firmiamo.it/dimissioninicoleminetti you write that you have to choose between la “generazione di Minetti - Ruby- Macrì”, e chi “decide di impegnarsi in politica senza cercare scorciatoie ma con ideali e con etica politica”.
Non è un problema da just for you.
It was our model so far because no one ever said anything. Instead what has happened shows that those who really want is not good for the President who always says yes, but also those who say no. But Berlusconi
do you expect?
Whether you choose us as a class leader for the future. We have always respected and supported Berlusconi, we have always believed in him, we want to know if we still believe it. Or, if you chose the Minetti. There is a moment where you say enough. I do politics with a passion for ideals: if these ideals are no longer compatible, I want to know.
In Italy is often considered the battle against the model Minetti, come dice lei, come una battaglia di sinistra.
Noi crediamo in altro, abbiamo fatto altre strade, ci stiamo impegnando: siamo persone pulite, che non scendono any kind of compromise.
last thing: if you were to sum up his political ideals in a word, what would it be?
Meritocracy.

Burning Pain In Kidney Comes And Goes

the PDL against Racism League is like that of fascism

According to recent polls , today 10% League of Italians would vote. But the party of Umberto Bossi has a very heavy most of his (eventual) electoral weight of public opinion. In terms of immigration has become, to quote Gramsci, the party hegemonic: that what the tone of the dominant mentality.

And often the outputs of the League on immigration are taken as found in folklore. But they are not at all: there is an ideology behind structured and consistent, which owes much to the fascist racism. This is demonstrated by a study by the University of Milan Bicocca, conducted by Chiara Volpato . It is titled "Picturing the Other : Targets of Delegitimization across Time" (portrayed others, works to discredit the time) and was published on ' International Journal of Conflict and Violence .

The researchers compared the posters of the league with the fascist magazine The Defense of the Race and found that " images used by the Northern League in an impressive manner similar to that published it Defense Race . A chilling result, past general indifference. The following interview with Chiara Volpato published City.

We're going back to the Fascist racism

Social Psychology, Chiara Volpato studies prejudice. It found that in today's force took over the racist stereotypes of fascism.

The study of his research team claims that the Italian mentality is "permeated with words and pictures" that are from the repertoire razzista della dittatura fascista.

In relations between groups does not matter so much what "really", but as they are seen.
And what is the risk of these mechanisms?
to take action: the persecution of the Jews, to speak of history, was possible because there was a widespread mentality which regarded them as different, less than people.
In other words, the Nazis knew they were not "Nazis", believed to be right.
's right: had the belief that in their view were true and justified their behavior. Today, all scientific research shows that in Italy are increasing, racist stereotypes, along with those homophobic and sexist.
Is there a link?
Yes, usually these different forms of discrimination go hand in hand. In particular, however, we saw that against foreign immigrants have spread the same procedures used by the fascist dictatorship derogatory toward Jews and peoples "of the colonies."
How did you see it?
We analyzed all the numbers from the defense of the race, the magazine with which the regime was racist propaganda - was also distributed in schools. And we compared his drawings with posters of the Northern League.
Why League?
Why is the party that has put the focus of its political activity the subject of immigration, making it central to public debate. And why is the government and therefore his views are reflected in the practical decisions that affect the public life of the country.
In your analysis you write that "the images used by the Northern League in an impressive manner similar to those published in The Defense of the Race." What?
For example, insistence on the size of the group opposed. There is a poster of the League which is titled "Their integration" and shows a growing number of men blacks who, year by year, rises above and to eliminate the white men. It is almost the same image the "proportion of Jews in relation to the population" contained in the journal propaganda of the dictatorship.
What message it gives?
That the Jews then or now have many immigrants, too many. In fact, research statistics show that the Italians overestimate the presence of immigrants expected to be many more than those really present in our country.
At the time of the Nazis was the conclusion that the Jews were to become less ... Other examples?
Another strategy used to discredit then and now is the comparison between groups, we met with a positive to their negative. In Defense of Race images of black women portrayed with simian features were associated with those beautiful West. The League has done the same thing with the image of a veiled woman behind bars next to Italian women sitting at the desk: it suggests that she is a slave, their free and emancipated working women.
addition to these, you identified other strategies to discredit. According to your analysis of these images are false?
are exaggerations or manipulations of aspects of reality, which are passed to the only true reality. The world is full of emancipated Muslim women, who study and work. But the propaganda does seem to foreigners other than those that are less than us. And if you see them that way, treat them that way. The risk is considered less than human reach,
The danger is thinking that the rights should be different for different people?
This is the real risk, in my opinion. If you exceed certain barriers, if we do not realize what it means to speak a certain way and treat the "other" pay a heavy price.
What price?
Certain prejudices are destructive: the civil society, democracy, our sense of humanity. The Italians are a people that has always been proud of his humanity: we must not lose it.

Indian Women With No Shirts

The first "preta" d 'Forced to divorce

Following the interview with Mother Maria Vittoria Longhitano, published on Friday, January 21 City.

I wanted to be a priest since childhood

Maria Vittoria Longhitano next Sunday will become pastor of the Old Catholic Church in Milan. The first ordained and elected in Italy.
She is a woman priest and Catholic, as you can?

because they belong to the Old Catholic Italian Church, which is independent of Rome and wants to recover the true Church, the undivided, democratic and pluralistic previous to schisms.
As he understood that he wanted to become a priest?
I wanted since childhood. I used to play dolls baptized, to say mass with the chips as if they were communion wafers, each scarf is a scarf.
But what she liked being a priest?
The idea that a priest is a person who has care, which embraces all. And the contact with God: I knew it was very deep. Then the liturgy: the colors, incense, gestures and symbolism.
The Mystery of contact with God found him?
course ... As children we have an idealized image: black or white. Contact with God but it is not something that is in one day: is cultivated and beyond the call.
She was educated in the Roman Church, when he realized he could not make the priest?
When I told the pastor that I wanted to become an altar boy - I dared not ask too much! He replied that Jesus did not want. It was the anguish of my childhood.
Some say that means a child baptized join an association of which can never become the leader ...
( laughs. ) Beautiful! I would say that is an association in which a child can not fully express his talent and his vocation.
She put the soul in peace?
with us please very Santa Rita, the "holy of the impossible." We were told that if we wanted something impossible, she had to pray. On his feast day, May 22, I asked her to become a priest. There
failed. Yes
After many years, when the bishop has set the date of my ordination to the priesthood has chosen May 22 - without knowing it. It is as if, in the communion of saints, this extraordinary woman I had supported.
How was your actual path?
I studied theology and tried the road to a secluded monastery: I was attracted by the radical nature of the contemplative life. But that entry was closed when I was before I began the novitiate.
was closed? Why?
was considered too
the nuns recited the homily, there was internal democracy and managerial autonomy.
Eventually he left the Catholic Church.
"Catholic" means universal. How can you be a truly universal Church that excludes women? That Old Catholic but is truly inclusive and universal.
You also have bishops and confession?
We have the bishops and all the sacraments of the Roman Church. But not his sexual phobia, not the exclusion of women, not the idea that the pope is infallible and superior to other bishops. And our clergy are elected by the faithful.
When did your church?
In 1873, after 55 bishops refused to sign the papal idea that the pope can do no wrong. We, however, like to say that we exist from the beginning of Christianity and we have kept its original meaning of freedom, dignity and respect for people.
many of you in Italy?
Hundreds, concentrated in Milan, Sabbioneta (Mantova), Rome. In many words share our choices, but then they are lazy is hard for an Italian left the Roman Church
And you priests can marry.
Even in the Church of the first millennium was the marriage of priests a regular thing. In Ravenna there are still paintings depicting Saint Peter and his wife.
Also on sexual morality, you have more open positions than the Roman Church ...
Sexuality is a positive force for the growth of people. And one way to show love between two people who have a common project. God does not enter the bedrooms.
There must be a project of common life?
We are for the absolute freedom of conscience, not a libertine lifestyle. Sexuality profoundly affects the structure and soul of the people, can not be used casually. But we are not afraid of pleasure and desire. It is also
per gli amori gay?
Accettiamo i divorziati, i gay, qualunque amore, perché Dio è amore.
What do you like best about being a priest?
Give Hope. That people will stop identifying with Jesus and God Church male, macho, which excludes many people.

Troubleshooting Space Heater

Italy State

Alessandra Bernaroli is a transsexual woman, "where - says - transsexual is an adjective, as tall, fair or oily . In 2005, when it was still called Alexander, he married his wife. Then, four years later, he officially got the sex change. At that point, an "obscure bureaucrat" decided to divorce her office. do not know how, moreover, that since the divorce, in Italy, it takes the decision of a court . In an interview with City Alessandra tells the battle to save his family.

want to force me to "divorce state"

Alessandra Bernaroli After you become a transsexual woman, the Bologna City Council wants to "divorce representation" by his wife. She is opposed and the case ended up in court.

She is officially a woman since 2009. It claims that her marriage contract if was a man, remain valid. Why?

For the same reasons for which I and my wife we got married: to love and because we share a life plan together.
In the meantime, she has changed sex.
is a very big event. But in life captain also more serious events and people stay together. The sex change has not altered my relationship with my wife.
How is this possible? Why
with surgery, and the exchange of documents I have solved my own personal discomfort, due to a specific disease that is called "gender identity dysphoria". But I'm always me. She understood and followed my path and has remained with me. I do not see why an obscure bureaucrat can claim the right to decide for us on something as fundamental as marriage.
The obscure bureaucrat would be the official of the Municipality of Bologna, which would annul his marriage? What happened exactly?
After the ruling of the Court, which sealed my sex change and documents, I asked to renew their identity cards. But it was late in coming. I ventured to call the City of Bologna and I have passed an official, he told me he was waiting for the divorce because he did not like to see two women married to the same family status.
But in the end the documents had them?
Yes but they have arbitrarily divided the family status. To the point that came up with two different and nonexistent house numbers (a / e / b) for me and my wife. You figure married to me, I have the words "marital status is not documented."
Is it legal?
No law permits a civil servant to dissolve already formed a family. Besides, not even warn us! It is abuse of office and alteration of documents, on which I reserve the right to sue.
reserves Why? Why
are now engaged in another cause: to cancel the "divorce representation" that he made up the town.
Based on what? In Italian gay marriage does not exist yet ...
Look, there is the mistake: my marriage is a transsexual, not gay.
What is the difference?
A homosexual is a person whose only problems stem from the fact that the company discriminates against him, but that is good about herself, it is recognized for what it is.
For transsexuals is not it?
The dysphoria gender identity means that a person does not recognize in his body. Therefore, using hormones and surgery, needs to adapt its internal gender identity. I felt a woman even when I was a male body. This on an individual level. Then there's the fact that while gay marriage is to celebrate a new marriage, my marriage had existed, it's just born as a marriage between two persons of the opposite sex. We seek to introduce new laws.
Current legislation does it say?
In 1987, the divorce law was updated, "news" they say in legal terms, to include the case of transsexualism. And the change of sex was added as a potential cause for the petition for divorce by her husband. Possible, not automatic.
So the divorce is allowed only if you ask one of the spouses?
Exactly. On this, at first instance, we were right, the court Modena. Examined our action against the exchange of documents agreed by the municipalities of Bologna and Finale Emilia (where we married) and recognized that our marriage is valid.
On Friday, however, a court will rule on your case again ...
Yes, the State Attorney has appealed against the sentence. It is very likely that we get to the third degree of discretion, the Supreme Court.
But because you have chosen the court?
We tried to turn the city bureaucracy: we were never answered clearly. To give us the documents we have not even told that the machine was broken! We also appeal to politicians locali, visto che il Comune di Bologna si vanta di essere all’avanguardia nel rispetto dei diritti delle persone. Anche lì nessuna risposta. Siamo state obbligate.
