In his book devoted to the spiritual Problem (1933) Nicolai Hartmann devotes much space to the problem of the relationship between philosophy of history and historicism. In the context of metaphysical reflection on the problems of history, the conceptual effort to identify it in any law, Hegel has undoubtedly played a decisive role in highlighting the essential spiritual dimension of historicity. In particular, his merit was to have defined and studied the notion of "objective spirit", and doing it the bearer, the rational driving the historical process. The spirit objective realizes his essence in his own liberation, which is not to escape some bond material, but in the process of consciousness because of which the mind discovers, recognizes, cultural appropriation of their liberty. And here's the general sense of the Hegelian conception of history results in an improvement in the consciousness of freedom, irrespective of the wishes of individuals, who are - compared to the objective spirit - mere accidents, so what is the historical movement of that that there is objective in individuals, not the extrinsic specificity. But it is a non-linear process, articulated in the lives of people and historical figures, whose But truth is only in the whole process (where articulation does not mean fragmentation, since Hegel states, "the spirit of the people is essentially a particular spirit, but at the same time is nothing but the absolute universal spirit - because this is one "(p. 44). Hartmann therefore acknowledges the merit of Hegel to have grasped the importance of the objective spirit, an important element of historical discourse is often forgotten and which instead will be necessary to go in any depth, however, have sinned in one-sided . An error in which Marx, similarly, would also be precipitated by reversing the Hegelian philosophy of history, and unbalancing the balance of the process on another important, but overlooked by Hegel, namely that of natural needs, or economic, and that makes consciousness a product of history rather than a constituent or essential. A philosopher as
Hartmann, who replied to what he calls a double sided, through a multi-layered conception of the world, and therefore of history, for which it is facing in "a process in which factors of all layers of being involved in a decisive way, a process that can at best be seen as the result of the overall heterogeneous forces, which constantly clash with each other "(p. 28), can not consider an operation that is conceptually valid, but unenforceable in practice, the aspiration to a comprehensive philosophy of history. But it is interesting to note that this level of scientific impracticality has historically led the way, according to Hartmann, a second degree of philosophical reflection on the history, of a more purely epistemological. Hartmann Windelband refer in particular, advocate the important distinction between science and nomothetic idiographic sciences, a problem along the line which he worked very well the young Cross, but is intended to give up a correct understanding of history, unable as it is, the science, to think the individual and by failing to provide concepts - in fact - not universal. One difficulty which Dilthey tried to replicate the historical knowledge is brought back to an intuitive understanding. But Dilthey was never able to define this method in order to encode it into one procedure, and this gave the oestrus subjective history in the hands of the scholar. But the methodological reflection on the history Hartmann started the second by a false problem, which strictly speaking is not useful - as the horizon of reflection - for any science: "Every science has worked tirelessly to its method - but not because it reflects on the method or the face subject of his research: rather, make their way to the extent where he devoted himself entirely to its own. Its progress is a continuous thing, try, fail and try again - as long as can take a step forward. Fight with your subject to dominate, and in that fight, wins his own method. The method, in short, is born in your hands as you work around the thing itself, identifies itself, indeed, with the progress of this work. If it creates a lot of thinking about it first, while it creates not San anything, and work until you really need not know anything. " So, according to Hartmann, the methodological problem would be of secondary importance, and his vanity would be even more acute in the flow of great historical discovery: if everything is historical, so is the methodological reflection, and it is the historiographical process as such. The abstractness and complexity of the tools of the historian can suggest a supra-historical procedures, but they must also be based, according to Hartmann, a historical consciousness prescientific based on tradition, namely the continuation of the past in the present . A full awareness of the historic nature of historical consciousness has become philosophical reflection leads to abandon the methodological problem and opens the door to a more "ontological", aimed to critically understand the "what?" Referring to history and its categories , but strong della critica alla filosofia della storia, e orientato a circoscriverne alcuni problemi.
What remains important in Hegel's reflection on its history is the extraordinary account of a deep and widespread of all its problematic aspects.

Dopo i primi tumulti nei paesi del nord Africa, con la Rete Disarmament and peace table had asked the government to suspend all military cooperation with all countries of the region. But the life of Libyan

We want to remember that Law 185 of 1990 on arms exports concerned with establishing the "respect for human rights in the country of final destination" and to refuse the export of arms "if there is a clear risk that military equipment or technology to be exported can be used for internal repression."
disarmament, justice and democracy are the foundation for the North Africa and the Mediterranean become, according to the dream of La Pira, a large new lake of Tiberias. " Not the bloodbath that we are forced to look in front home.

L'inestricabile relazione tra filosofia e storia

In a book of 1960, entitled Critical historical existence, Karl Löwith devotes the central chapter ( Men and history ) analysis of the modern sense of human historicity, proceeding, by contrast, from the greek world. Löwith highlights the absence or rather the impossibility of a philosophy of history in greek thought in general and in particular Aristotle, 'the Greeks - he wrote - were deeply impressed by the order ever, from the greatness and beauty of the visible world, but no classical thinker ever happened to think of this joint in a universal history harmoniously ordered cosmos, eternal and transient πράγματα of human history. " Weakness of a temporally fleeting and inconsistency made it the ideal res gestae unattractive to look at the scientific discourse Greeks and Romans. The history of Herodotus was only narrative of transience of human affairs, and the narrative itself was seen as useful answer to subtract those "things" to the inexorable fate of oblivion. In greek thought the story was bound and limited by the order of the cosmos λόγος physical, while in the Christian theological order, "only with the dissolution of both of these beliefs appeared pre-modern belief in history as such, historicism ' . In this case Löwith does not use a technical sense of the concept of historicism, but rather refers to the attribution of value and legal affairs, featuring a cultural process domestic modern times, "faith in the story is a result of our alienation from the cosmos-natural theology and theology of ancient supernatural Christianity." While focusing on the important philosophical figure of Giambattista Vico, Hegel Löwith choose to report directly to the outlet of its reasoning, where locates in the "teleological" a historic building in anticipation of the transposition of secular Jewish and Christian, the "promise of fulfillment" , and is certainly right in pointing, as Hegel himself emphasizes, however, the idea of \u200b\u200bthe Hegelian philosophy of history as simply a theodicy.
A similar reconstruction is to be found in some of the most famous pages of world literature, written by the great Russian novelist Leo Tolstoy. In the second part of the epilogue of War and Peace , he draws the relationship between history and modernity targeting, as Löwith, the ancient world. Modern man has harshly criticized the archaic solution to recognize a divine transcendent capable of subjecting the people to be elected from among the many individuals, and to direct the action of the latter towards unknown destinations. However, says Tolstoy, the modern historian has failed to fulfill its criticism of the intrinsic structure of the old answer to the problem of historical explanation. Instead of transcendent power of God was identified genius, as a peculiar feature of the great men, the possession of exceptional energy, or any kind of charisma. The metaphysical teleology was instead replaced by a progressive teleology, in which the good of humanity - not by chance coincides with the good people of the ruler - was erected at the end of the story. Tolstoy writes: "Modern history has rejected the old beliefs without replacing them with new concepts and the logic of their position has forced historians, who had apparently denied the divine power of kings and the fate of the ancients, to reach any other way to same point, namely the admission that: 1) people are headed by single men, and 2) there is a specific goal towards which move people and mankind. "In his reading of Hegelian thought Löwith mean the same assumptions of a philosophy of history the equivalent of a theology, as derived by a process of secularization that has replaced faith in Providence with the belief in historical progress. It should definitely stay on the figure of Hegel diriment to fully understand the terms in which the story becomes interesting for philosophical reflection, and how much of this attempt at clarification and systematization Hegel returns to reflect current elements worthy of attention.

The striking thesis Löwith exhibits itself the terms of the problem. Describing the place, historically gained, an otherworldly metaphysics and theology, with an immanent metaphysics of the spirit, Löwith draws a historical movement, which moves from the past and continues up to a target, modernity. In addition to being an argument about history, it is a historical reason, or - as say - a story of history. But this reconstruction is made possible by a pre-modern conception, an attitude or philosophy of history? Clearly, without questioning beyond thought Löwith on this ground, there is implied as a law of history, that a process of secularization "implies" or "meant" the development of a historical teleology.

Brazilian Mature Ladies
Different voices, a single event: "If not now, when?"
The event of 13 February for the dignity of women has provoked many reactions, often conflicting. DOCG Many feminists have criticized in the name of self-practice of breaking the hairs . What can I say? In principle, they also have reason, but they forget that those principles to which they appeal today do not apply to many women, also due to the fact that their generation is perched on the battle for the division of the hair and in the meantime became aware that the world go back 40 years .
I think that instead of the event next Sunday, "If not now, when," is an opportunity essential to find the largest and most wasted practice of feminism: the sharing of policy objectives between women of different social and cultural horizons, but which affect us all. Below is a Member of the City intevista Fli Giulia Bongiorno ( also known as the advocate of Giulio Andreotti ). Here, however, the collective appeal of the "unseemly and free."

women come to the streets: it is a question of dignity
Giulia Bongiorno is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, a Member of Fli, and one of the supporters of "If not now when," the manifestation of the February 13 for the dignity of women
Why did you take to the streets?
In Italy we deny that there is a problem with discrimination against women. But reality shows that women are excluded from positions of power, or that the percentage of those who can access it is very low.
Many argue that the investigation "if Ruby" it is violating the privacy of the Prime Minister: What do you think?
am and is assured: each defendant - including Silvio Berlusconi - is innocent until proven guilty. But the so-called "Ruby" is an injury to all women for the situation where the alleged offenses were completed the prime minister. And not even the greatest lawyer would be able to produce a test capable of deleting certain offenses against the dignity of women.
an offense to the dignity of all women? Not at the maximum of all participants in party?
I respect the freedom of self-determination than anyone and I would not say that the girls who participated in these parties in the residences of the prime minister have been exploited. Who wants to organize hard partying is free to do so, it must not be someone else. But it is not acceptable "reward" someone and send him out - perhaps by giving public office - for the sole reason that it is supplied or because it is bunga bunga particularly attractive.
The problem then is that Berlusconi is the Prime Minister and the participating parties gives benefits to those "public" ...
not change anything if those who organize these festivals is a man or a woman, not the gender that matters. What matters is that such conduct disrupts the system of values \u200b\u200band devalues \u200b\u200bthe effort. Not to mention that people are still led to follow the example of the powerful: who holds power roles should be aware of their responsibilities. According to many
Italy is facing the most pressing and important for the dignity of women: what do you think?
What could be more important than the dignity of more than half of the Italian population? The truth is that it denies the existence of a problem with the dignity of women because we are afraid that talking about it, women can become aware. If there was more awareness, perhaps things would be different and maybe not everyone wants that to happen.
She also denounced the absence of a policy for women from the Berlusconi government: What do you mean?
I look at the priorities announced by the government and I have never heard the word "woman", except in a few jokes of dubious taste. Because the event
It shows that a "traditional" model of the woman is finally over?
From this point of view I do not think there is news on the horizon today, a woman must turn on a dime and give ongoing demonstrations of its value to gain some positions. And then to keep them. To achieve certain results
women still have to work harder?
lot more than is required of a man. In particular, reconciling work and family, then, remains difficult. All this has a very high price that many women delaying motherhood or even pay by surrendering. It is essential not drop out and work for a change: we must be ever more numerous and more and more convinced.

Is It Normal To Be Dry Before Your Period?
WOW
The Italian of the Month: Verdena, 'Wow'
Normally, January is not a very interesting month for music releases. 2011, however, is already offering a number of publications in value already in this first month. Italy is also doing its part, especially with the highly anticipated new album Verdena, it deserves to occupy this space monthly for not only the importance of the group, but especially for concrete results in which the trio has come with this Bergamo fifth work for the long haul.
Two discs. Twenty-seven songs. One hour, twenty-three minutes, ten seconds. Disorientation. Focus. Awareness. Dismay. Wonder. Time Out is these pills are and feel that will happen before listening to ' Wow', the fifth studio effort of monumental double Verdena .
Then of course, we can also stop and think that they have already produced a lot of music in which the basic features are the same or nearly so. Compact melodic but not particularly well developed and seem to rely just made for a perfect job on sound and rhythm that is rather detailed and edited. A series of looks that cross going in different directions but contiguous: the dreamlike, the pischedelia, the ruvidezza, l'adrenalina, gli squarci di luce.
L'aspetto più importante è però the almost endless stream of ideas from which the explosive three of Bergamo to supply drinking from these compositions. In less than an hour and a half hours of music, in fact, the Verdena never cease to seek and find solutions differ in every aspect of their work.
First, this is from the standpoint of rhythm, with drums and bass lines with an extremely dynamic and accompaniments that can confer additional external viability without destroying the soul of rock group. It is also important to the desire to expand their horizons with regard to the vocals, again not only an increase in the number of records kept by Alberto Ferrari , ma anche con l'utilizzo di seconde voci e veri e propri momenti corali per i quali valgono gli stessi rilievi positivi degli accompagnamenti alla sezione ritmica.
È però altrettanto vero che, in definitiva, è più proper escape from such criticism and to recognize the impressive cohesion of the miraculous work, punctual and cleverly balanced lineup and the compilation of magnetic involvement of what - uncomfortable literary comparisons - can be defined for all purposes as a stream of consciousness with a column sound. What unites these
Verdena of 2011 with those who, young, shook MTV disenchanted with the dirty and scores a hit as the now historic ' Viba ' and ' Valvonauta '? With those two years after they launched a challenge to the upper floors of the index-rock Italian? With those who have expressed their domain with a perfect record as 'The Suicide Of Samurai' (2004)? With those with ' Requiem' (2007) have expanded their interests to shores unknown? Soon, very little. 'Wow ' keep the love story suspended between dream, reality and delusion, for the most similarities that are impossible just think, for the song titles that give each reading, listening to each and every time of different interpretations. But the disc itself, as it is now traveling in hyperspaces never terribly intimate, personal, sometimes jealously inaccessible.
'Wow ' with a hint of fascination for the unusual, we like to imagine as a debut album. Because many stylistic registers are in their own way, unexpected. Refinements pop, backbeat freak, games, haunted voice, synth, passages that sound like an industrial-umplugged. In order to best carry out such work is not enough to have a good musical culture, using it for a calligraphic collages, but it is necessary to pass everything through the filter of a distinctive personality. For this reason, 'Wow ' can not and should not be seen as a traditionalist work, but as an important step towards the future. It will be impossible for those who come after do not think about this, because it shows more clearly than ever that the presence of that personality makes every possible combination with other artists can never be seen as mere citations.

User's manual for dictators
I made them know. And if you do not know, I will summarize with the words (perfect) Michele Brambilla on Print:
Interior Minister Roberto Maroni said that if the decree in question had not passed, the League would ask the elections immediately . And then the government had to save face (and ass) from there a decree emergency, but they violated all the procedures.
The violation was so blatant, that even admits Il Giornale Berlsconi family (or, as they say in marketinghese, the 'House Organ Prime Minister):
A me sono these things are really scary. A journalist, a newspaper editor, no longer has any shame to attack the division of powers. That is, indeed, democracy. It claims that, by virtue of the fact that he was elected a head of government can do everything. Even Adolf Hitler was elected , and used the consensus to be the bloodiest dictators in history. How? Has undermined all the democratic credentials of readily. Type, in fact, the division of powers.
Berlusconi passes, but those that remain - to support his government - undermined the basis of democracy. They make me really scared .

I made them know. And if you do not know, I will summarize with the words (perfect) Michele Brambilla on Print:
The day before yesterday (Thursday , ed. ) to the Bicameral Commission has rejected a "cog" federalism; Government tried to pass it off too with a decree, that yesterday the President of the Republic has, however, ruled inadmissible it clear that such a thing must go through the Parliament. In fact, we will return to discuss the houses. Further clarification for the layman: a reform would have passed to the Bicameral the mark of a shared reform, but one that goes to the houses by a vote of the majority of the Reform Party .
Interior Minister Roberto Maroni said that if the decree in question had not passed, the League would ask the elections immediately . And then the government had to save face (and ass) from there a decree emergency, but they violated all the procedures.

"President Napolitano has blocked the new law Federalism was launched last night by the government. The reason? Procedure violated protocols not met. short, matters of form and bureaucracy . [...] I n point of law will also have reason the Quirinale, the Neither Berlusconi nor Bossi challenged stop. "

L’opposizione esulta, felice di avere ritardato di qualche settimana (tanto ci vorrà per rimediare)l’entrata in which a reform that modernizes Italy and helping people live better and a little 'less taxed.
in law to the Quirinale will be right, so that neither Berlusconi nor Bossi challenged the stop. More likely, they already knew that it would end like this but also wanted to reaffirm their right to deciderein a country where governments and businesses desperate unless you want to obey the orders of other powers, the head of state judges, trade unions to the media.
Powers that have a common thread: to be ex, neo-or post-communists. That is part of a left that does not accept the first rule of a democracy for five years is entitled to govern who wins the election. This just does not enter into the head, want to lead even when they lose and are willing to do everything, including the fact that laws and forms must always be bent, and only for their benefit.
If the rules and respect for the institutions we speak, because none of these gentlemen is the problem that the Speaker of the House can not use the power and means provided for the office to drop the prime minister? Why not ask the question that if one passes to the opposition must vacate the place in commissioni parlamentari che occupava in quanto maggioranza?
What already happened in countries so expensive only a few years ago who now wants to teach us democracy and its rules.

Example Letters To Employment Agencies
The West is afraid of democracy in Arab
The riots in Tunisia and Egypt have been renamed " the first Arab revolution," the first for democracy. Yet United States and Europe, which in the words "export" democracy, in fact prefer that everything remain as it was . Explains why in the Moroccan intellectual Rita El Khayat, in this interview with City.

The West is afraid of Arab democracy
Sarebbe impensabile in Francia o Germania.
The Egyptians are less educated than Tunisians, who is illiterate but also watching TV. A great deal has made the Internet: it is no coincidence that Mubarak has blocked the web. But most of all was time.
was time? Meaning?
Tunisians and Egyptians are now aware that they can no longer go on. There is poverty, there is a lack of freedom. future. In most women's situation is unsustainable.
In the images of Egyptian protests are seen especially men, in contrast to what has happened with the demonstrations in Iran in 2009, for example. Why?
Depends archaic in which they live. Many of them do not even know what's happening in the world, because they live quietly at home and are not used to go out in public. They are controlled by men and tell them that if men can not get out into the street, they obey.
What do you think will happen in Egypt?
I think if it is not a matter of days is a matter of weeks, but must sell Mubarak. It is a puppet in the hands of the United States. The U.S. president Barack Obama has asked Egypt for "an orderly transition to democracy" means that Mubarak should leave.
Do you think the protests will expand to other Arab countries. Including his own, Morocco?
in Algeria yesterday (the day before yesterday for the reader, ed. ) two people are on fire in protest: it all started well in Tunisia. In Morocco the situation is different: there have been reforms in the late 90s. The new King Mohammed VI, who reigned for 11 years, has improved the status of women and leads a personal battle against poverty. Our society is much more dynamic than that the Egyptian has declined in the years to medieval conditions.
There is a danger that after the revolutions in Tunisia and Egypt will come to power Islamic fundamentalists?
Yes, it's a possibility. It happened in Morocco after the arrival of democracy, the fundamentalists tried to take it for himself. But it is one of the possibilities, not the only one. Also because until now the riots have been carried out by the people, not by fundamentalists
What is needed since the riots in Tunisia and Egypt to bring real democracy? Meanwhile, the West
avoid supporting new dictatorships and to decide for Arab peoples. And then an anthropological revolution: the political is not enough. We must improve education, promote equality between men and women, improving health. It is the only way to achieve real democracy.
